The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former two time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.

Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is actually happening.
