Below is the full text from Ismailer's communication:

Dear Team—

I know you all just finished your gathering - I hope you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the good news. Previously I shared you all a message, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this crew. You all are some of the most motivated and creative designers we have had the opportunity to partner with - and we’re looking forward for that collaboration to persist.”

Through your commitment and versatility, particularly over the last year, you consistently demonstrate that.

The community feedback from last autumn’s the game testing phase was revealing. It confirmed the appeal of a roguelike shooter but made clear we still had refinements needed. It uncovered the necessity for a clearer vision.

It has been motivating to see how far you’ve advanced. You accepted the criticism to mind and reimagined Project ETHOS with a renewed goal - one that’s ready to deliver on its potential to our players.

Our confidence in Project ETHOS increases every day. To boost the incredible progress you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome the new hire as the latest Director of the team. Following a period of talks, Ben officially joins us on Monday, October 20.

His leadership and background in the competitive gaming space is considerable, having spent the past decade and a half creating and leading some of the most recognizable titles in the industry, for example the acclaimed shooter, and most recently, the battle royale hit.

Let’s together in welcoming him soon. We are all excited to keep seeing the progress of Project ETHOS in the months to follow.

The President

Or go big, gamble everything, and hope your group can secure victory? The decision is yours."

The game lacks an confirmed launch window or consoles, but enthusiasts can look forward to further news as development advances.
